About Align Research
Align Research was founded to help auto dealers reduce costs and improve marketing efficiency. It has developed an innovative method to generate sales leads that close at higher rates than leads from other sources. Align is currently running a pilot with invitation-only users and will begin beta testing in summer 2010. The company is closely held and based in Hawthorne, California.

Chuck Dapoz, President
For 30 years, Chuck has worked with auto manufacturers and dealers to develop advertising, marketing and dealer communications. From the early days of online marketing, he recognized the potential of BDCs and internet departments to lower dealer costs and improve marketing efficiency. He founded Align Research because he conceived a way to take sales productivity to new heights through a unique approach in lead generation. Chuck holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA from Wayne State University.
Lora Ricca, Vice President - Business Development
Lora brings to Align Research 25 years of experience in business development. Prior to joining Align, she was Executive Vice President of Cohen Brown Management Group, leading the company's sales team and overseeing delivery of consulting services to help clients develop performance-driven sales and service cultures. She was instrumental in growing the firm from a startup to a global powerhouse with more than 150 clients. Lora holds an Ed.M. from Harvard University and a BA from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
